I'm here for people who have arrived at a career crossroad and want to—or have to—make a change.
What I do:
I work with individuals who need to forge a new path, guiding the process of:
finding a way forward from a job that just feels wrong
reassessing priorities because of a major life event
getting on track after redundancy, redeployment or outplacement
realigning their career to make more of their potential
making work more satisfying by matching what they do with their core values.
I’m not here to tell others what they should do with their lives. I’m here to collaborate, to uncover hidden strengths, explore ideas, provide guidance on useful resources, design actions to help clients’ progress and help them find their way and stay on track.
Many of my clients are mature individuals with a breadth of experience, and a portfolio of transferable skills that can be applied in different ways to reinvent their careers. I specialise in unpacking hidden talents, thinking objectively about the possibilities, analysing priorities and overcoming obstacles to achieve real outcomes.
I’m very conscious that everyone has their own unique mix of strengths, interests and priorities. I tailor my approach and my services in response to individual goals and preferences. Depending on client’s needs, I can act as a sounding board, review and develop resumes and professional profiles, advise on written job applications, provide interview coaching and practice, facilitate goal setting, boost confidence and strategies around networking, advise on future career management, and more.
