In the aftermath of my sudden redundancy I experienced quite a bit of grief. For me it was really important that in our first couple of sessions you let me do a lot of the talking and displayed just warm attentive interest. This allowed me to process my grief but also quite importantly I was able to review my working life in a way that I never had before which really helped me appreciate the skills I had developed over the years.

I really appreciated the way you posed questions to me at just the right time which encouraged me to reflect on some of my entrenched attitudes and feelings. I felt supported and encouraged all the way. This came I think from your belief in my skills, and the way you responded with helpful coaching whenever I needed it.

You gave me some really good information, and left field tips that encouraged me to stretch a little. Overall, it was an encouraging and uplifting experience with my only regret that it is now over and I can’t ring you every time I see a job I want to apply for!
